The Purpose of Our Strategic Plan

Our strategic plan sets the direction for our school over the coming years. It outlines our goals, priorities, and the steps we’re taking to provide the best possible learning environment for all tamariki.

At the heart of our plan are the children — their wellbeing, growth, and success. Every decision we make is guided by what’s best for our learners, now and in the future. The plan helps us stay focused, reflect regularly, and respond to the changing needs of our students, staff, and community.

It also ensures we’re meeting our responsibilities under the New Zealand Curriculum, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the expectations set by the Ministry of Education. Most importantly, it helps us grow as a school — with shared vision, clear priorities, and strong partnerships between whānau, staff, and learners.
