Science Road show

Time: 9:15 am to 11:30 am
Just confirming that we will be visiting your school next Friday 18th October. Can we please combine your years 4-8? We will do one session and can arrive to you by 9.15am then be set up and ready to start the first session by 9.45am and run until 11am. Then we’ll pack down 11.00- 11.30am then we’ll travel to Akaroa School.
Could you please ensure that there are 3-4 large tables set up in the hall or classroom where we are going to be doing the sessions and also a projector system or TV that I can connect my Dell laptop too, I have my own HDMI cord.
We will also need Wi-Fi access.
