Thank you for participating in the School Based Vaccination Programme for 2023.
Following consultation regarding suitable dates, Thursday 04th April 2024 has been scheduled for round one of the vaccination programme at your school. If you have had any new enrolments or students leave for Year 8 could you please send their names and date of birth to me.
