I just wanted to confirm that we will be with you the whole morning with a demonstration for the whole school at 9:30a10:15 followed by three 30 min workshops
10:30am -11am Years 1/2/3
11am -11:30am Years 4/5/6
11:30am-12noon Years 7/8
Could you please just confirm the size of each group to help with gear preparation?I think I previously said that we would be there to start at 10am but if it’s ok with you, we would like to do our demonstration at 9:30am-10:15am? We would then follow it up with 3x 30 min workshops

All I need to know from you would be the number of students approximately in each of those groups so we have sufficient equipment.
Although all of the logistics are not in place yet, I would imagine they could do a performance for the whole school at 10am for about 45 minutes and then spend 30 minutes to do a workshop with each group. So in total, we could be there from 10-12:30pm How does that sound?
